The Odd Job Bob franchise system has been developed from our own personal experience at the corporate office, as well as after conducting extensive research on other franchise operations. The Odd Job Bob training and support program helps to ensure that all our franchisees have a complete understanding of the systems and processes on which to build their success. You will receive:

• Two weeks of intensive training at your corporate headquarters in Arizona
• A complete set of easy to follow training manuals, which provide comprehensive information on all aspects of your operations from hiring to accounting; or from scheduling to daily operations
• A detailed 3-year program for success
• Everything you need to conduct proven marketing and advertising programs in your local area
• On-site assistance with your Grand Opening
• On-going support to help you attract and retain qualified tradesmen and customer service representatives
